Pizza













Yesterday I made pizza dough from scratch, which is quite easy but just takes a bit of time. This inspired Carli to plan an entire theme for a restaurant last night for dinner. She made menus, a "Please wait to be seated sign", an order book and a scorecard for the meal. At the end of the meal we were given a bill and the register was waiting for our money. Fortunately, the restaurant comped our meal, so we owed nothing! It was quite creative and the pizza turned out great. There was one Margarita and one Eggplant Fanatic (as Carli aptly named it). It had eggplant, garlic, tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, ricotta and basil. It was yummy and pretty much all mine due to the eggplant!
